How Might We Think Work Abroad Myth, FairyTail, Quest or Reality?
Recently, many people prefer to relax abroad. I suppose that this departure is connected not only with rest, but also with an acquaintance with a different culture, movies, and sights. Traveling is one of the most exciting events because it gives you the opportunity to temporarily escape from everyday worries, work, etc. A change of scenery allows you to fully relax, and then return to work with new forces.
My Job Abroad Reality:
Such advertising began to occur quite often on many job search sites and LinkedIn is no exception.
How Might We #Search far above our heads, while is lying right our #feet?
But, people travel not only for the purpose of rest. Their trips are also businesslike. Someone may be looking for a job abroad, someone opens his own business, someone has a #business meeting with partners.
Most people who do not find a job in their home country turn to employment agencies for employment abroad, but unfortunately, most of them provide questionable services. They promise legal registration at first, but then it turns out that the registration of a temporary work permit abroad will begin after you have entered the country as a tourist. That is, in fact, you are already violating the laws of the country into which you entered.
Watching videos about working abroad on the YouTube channel, I heard the stories of people who went to work abroad, about the difficulties they faced. First of all, it is unreliable information about the legality of employment, the second language barrier, the third wage, working conditions, etc.
How do you find a recruitment agency that will help you legally find a job? How do you find a job with decent pay and conditions? When their citizens do not go to work for these professions, the problem can be solved by inviting interested people from other countries, perhaps this work will be interesting and necessary for someone. At the same time, one should not forget about the salary level, since the standard of living is different everywhere. So that a person can live and be able to pay taxes in order not to get into a foreign country in a difficult life situation. For example, the proposed salary level for those who came to work, for example in the Czech Republic or Germany, starts from either 600 euros or $ 1,300, which is catastrophically insufficient for living in these countries.
Recently, I myself came across agencies that offered me a job abroad.
I voiced the remuneration, which by the way is a little more than what I wrote above, it is about 3,000 dollars. I successfully passed the interview. I was informed that the group was almost formed, so they are just waiting for me.I asked them to give me some time to complete my affairs at home and how I will be ready to inform them. I began to look for information about life in the country where I was going to work, about the standard of living, once again I re-read the conditions offered by the agency. And found a discrepancy in wage levels. I asked a question to my recruiter, to which he replied, $3,000 is with processing, as well as $1,300. The difference is palpable. Well, I'm ready to work above the norm. The working day is from 8 to 7, then you can devote another 3-4 hour to work, and even with all my desire, I cannot earn $3,000, although this is a small amount.
So, how to find a guaranteed legal job abroad, if there are no legal recruitment agencies that give at least some guarantees?
I think this question will remain open. If you can give some advice, share your experience. I would be glad to hear.
Plus, for the services of a recruitment agency and a lawyer, I have to pay $ 800 from the second salary, agreed that the amount is rather big. For the first month of work, I pay about $ 300 for a room, $ 150, from a salary, I will have to buy food, and $850 I can send to the relatives, spend, etc. For the second month, I pay $ 800 for services and $ 500 remains for my living. For interest, I studied the approximate cost of products and came to the conclusion that $1300 is not enough to somehow live, work and help relatives.
