When I watched a linkedIn video, cyborg recruiter and employer Interviewing Process, so many thought flew by in my head.

When will be Cyborgs Recurring Reality?

Do not search for port authority bus, if you are problem solver.

Do not search for port authority bus, if you are problem solver.

On the one hand, I think it’s amazing when cyborgs talk like a human, at the same time I am shocked to think that soon we won't need people as humans any more. Technology is replacing jobs and people everywhere: our children interact with Amazon Alexa, or iPhone Siri, Tesla car is capable of driving by itself, what is next?

Hire me if you can LinkedIn

Or better use just machine which are didn't make a mistakes as programer or LinkedIn person, use the search words and ask a, b test or HMW questions as recruiters, did not tired, or ill, Tesla car already not driver.

It’s funny, I was somehow interviewed by the #bot. Well, I can say this, it’s time for the #jobseekers to create their own bots so that they communicate and negotiate with the bots of #recruiters. Perhaps this is not progress, but regress. ))))

Ruslan Smirnov (Remindable)

A few words about myself. I came from Russia three years ago. Back in Russia, I had an SEO company for 20 years. When I came to the U.S, I have been looking for a job to apply my skills of web and graphic design, research, UX design. Then the COVID happened. I was lucky to be hired to design an online store for a small grocery food market. I used the Squarespace platform for the design and came across with so many issues! I joined Squarespace Circle in hope to get support and answers to the issues I faced during the store and my own website design. The support team in Squarespace does not provide immediate assistance though do not refuse to help, but never state the timeline in the solution of the complex problems. I think it is unfair as I am paying a lot of money for their site subscription and their support.
