Why Am I Still Reading and Writing?
Solve It:
I always try to #solve somebody’s problems, even if my readers think, they do not have them. I guess it is the biggest problem that we don’t want to see it so that we won’t need to solve it.
Just now I came up with a problem to Goshen Public Library, why are we still reading?
Let I describe where is a problem:
So-called “Shaykh #Google” knows much more than all the contents of the Public Library. It has the books and #YouTube videos that will need a lifetime to finish reading and viewing them. You do not need to write a question, you just need to push the microphone button to ask a question. But you might say that we still need to read the answer, but the answer is for the technologies to replace the text with robotic answers, mp3 files. Many young people prefer listening to audiobooks then to reading the traditional books.
Make it stand out.
I know many people still come to the library, especially elderly people. It’s too scary for them to use some #Google.
And soon if young people don’t find the motivation to go to the library; it will soon close. If the library doesn’t find the ways to engage young people to come and read... libraries might disappear.
