It has been almost a year since I started looking for a career opportunity in the U.S. It doesn't mean that I do have not enough professional knowledge or experience. I have worked as a creative director, a designer, and an SEO person. I have enough experience in these professions. I have more than 15 years of experience behind my belt as an owner of a Design and SEO Studio in Russia.
How I Made a Resume for a First Job after the 2020s?
Reserch it.
I have spent the entire last year researching, exploring, studying, and experimenting with sketching and testing, mastering UX design methods as well as SEO techniques, finding myself as a local artist, and trying out the tools that will help me looking for my first career steps. Searching for a job is one of the problems that I have to find a solution for.

On the other hand, I start using Semrush SEO tools, planning SEO strategies, and start thinking about keyword research; on top of that I am learning WordPress, Site Builders as Squarespace, and Elementor PRO.
Linkedin it.
I see that searching for a job is not only my personal problem. I am not alone in this process. Career pages that provide job opportunities and LinkedIn profiles sent to the recruiters disappear like in a Bermuda triangle.

On top of that, I stop counting blog posts, create content, and work with meta descriptions, title tags in my portfolio site.

How do I get a job with no experience, if I have already sent almost 2500 resumes and nothing found yet! I think I know everything about the network and the career process, as well as cover letters, but every job requires a specific interview process that is different and complex. Sometimes recruiters do not provide you with the details of the job interview procedures.
It looks at web pages, as well as landing pages I find for job search; It looks like just selling ads, or advertising something, at Linkedin.
Frankly speaking, I view this job search process as an intriguing, challenging, and interactive game that I call career hide-and-seek.

No sooner had I thought I found the opportunity than it suddenly disappeared because of an incompetent recruiter, or the wrong contact, or a poorly written job description. The search starts all over again! This does not stop me.
It makes me stronger. It gives me more time to learn and explore.
